PAYMENT MODE
*All fees and charges are to be paid through:
• RTGS
• NEFT
• Online Transfer
• Imprest Account

• Items supplied by the hostel/school at cost shall be adjusted against the Imprest Account.

Academic Fee Payment

• Fee for the coming academic year becomes payable on 1st February every year.
• The institution may accept payment in two equal halves:

1st Term: Payable on 1st February
2nd Term: Payable by 31st August

Late Payment Penalty
If fees or Imprest amounts are not paid within the stipulated time:
A penalty of $50 shall be imposed for delayed payment.
For continued delay, a penalty of $100 per month shall be levied.

Non-Payment Clause
Any delay beyond three months may result in the student's name being struck off the rolls.
If the parent/guardian wishes the student to continue, it shall be treated as a fresh admission.

Imprest Settlement
It is mandatory for the parent/guardian to clear the Imprest Bill every three months and maintain the balance specified in the admission offer.
