Classes I–IX

Admissions Open for the New Academic Session on 1st December every year.

Step 1: Registration

Parents may obtain the Admission Prospectus and Registration Form through any of the following modes:

• Demand Draft in favour of Guru Tegh Bahadur Public School
• Cash payment at the School Accounts Office
• Online payment or direct bank deposit
• Online Registration: Visit the school website and complete the registration process online.

Upon successful registration, applicants will receive the Registration Form, Prospectus, and Entrance Test Syllabus. The completed Registration Form must be submitted to the Admission Office within the stipulated time.

Documents to be Submitted

• Self-attested copy of Birth Certificate
• Report Cards/Mark Sheets of the previous two academic years
• Six recent passport-size photographs
• Transfer Certificate from the previous school

Step 2: Admission Assessment

Applicants are required to appear for an Admission Assessment/Test, which may be scheduled on any working day. Parents are advised to contact the Admission Office for the test schedule.
For students residing outside India, an online assessment may be arranged upon prior request.
Admission is granted on the basis of:

• Performance in the Admission Assessment
• Previous academic record
• Overall suitability for the class applied for

Step 3: Admission Confirmation

Selected candidates may confirm their admission by depositing the prescribed fee and completing all admission formalities within the notified timeline.

Admission To Class XI

• Science Stream (Medical & Non-Medical)
• Admissions generally commence during the first week of April.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Performance in the Class X Pre-Board Examination
• Admission Test (if applicable)
• Interaction with the Principal/Headmaster

Important Note: Admission to Class XI shall remain provisional until the declaration of the Class X Board Examination Results.
