1. Two passport size photographs of student.
2. One passport size photograph of father & mother.
3. Two Stamp size combined photographs of parents for parent authorization Card.
4. Photocopy of the father's ID proof (PAN Card/ Voter ID Card/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License etc.)
5. Photocopy of the mother's ID proof (PAN Card/ Voter ID Card/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License etc.)
6. Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate by municipal Corporation/ Nagar Nigam.
7. For admission to class I to Class XII, Original Transfer Certificate from previous school is mandatory.
8. For Admission in class XI the Mark sheet of Pre-board exams of class X is compulsory (Photocopy)
9. Last day of submitting TC and photo copy of result is 30th April, 2020 or within two weeks from the date of admission
10. Caste ST/SC/OBC certificate of Father/ Student (Photo Copy) where ever applicable.
