To keep the parents informed about the ward's progress, a regular parent-teacher meet is conducted. It is held every second Saturday of the month for the whole school.

To avoid any confusion, the dates and timings are fixed and are mentioned in the school diary.

The meeting is held in respective classes and the ward accompanies his/her parents so that the progress of the child is brought to the notice of parents. If the child is not doing well the teacher takes this opportunity to give suggestions to the parents and seek their cooperation in helping the child to improve.

Parent - Teacher Meeting for all classes will be conducted as per given schedule.
