Admission / Withdrawal

• Admission of the child will be confirmed on submission of the birth certificate (in case of nursery students) and original T.C ( in case of others).

• In case of withdrawal- one-month's prior notice must be given in writing or one month's fees should be paid in lieu for getting the T.C. .

Dismissal

The school reserves the right to dismiss a student if :

• The progress of the students is continuously unsatisfactory or the student is withheld in same class for more than two years.

• His / her conduct is objectionable and harmful for others for other students.

• He /she is absent from school for more than a week without leave.

Promotion

• The School will have a uniform examination system for all classes, which will consist of class tests, half yearly and final examination along with assignments and project work. One set of tests will be conducted before the half -yearly examination and other set before the Finals. A student must appear for all the examinations held in a academic year to be eligible for the merit list and other scholarship.

• If a student is unable to appear for class tests and half-yearly examinations due to some grave reasons, for which prior permission must be taken from the principal, then his promotion for the next class will be based on his/her performance in the final examinations. He must score 45% marks in aggregate in final examinations.

• A student will only be considered for promotion to next class if he appears for the final exams. Exemption in final examinations under no circumstances will be granted.

Note: If a student fails to appear for final exams due to medical reasons or some other unavoidable circumstances, then he may be allowed to appear for final exams on some other dates, but he will have to take final exams.

Attendance

• Students appearing for Board examinations should have 75 % marks failing which their candidature for Board exams will be forfeited.

• For other students they will only be allowed to sit for final examinations if they have 80% attendance in the academic session..

Fee

• Fees to be paid according to the instructions on the fee booklet.

• Students will not be allowed to sit for the exams, unless all dues have been cleared.

• In case the student's name is struck off the rolls due to absence without leave or fee default, readmission may be granted at the discretion of the
