His educational interests are wide and varied. He is actively involved with imparting quality education to the society in India and abroad.
As the Chairman of, Guru Tegh Bahadur Public School, a Co-educational K-12 school, established in 1976, in Meerut, India, he pays special attention to the general level of education, He places a special emphasis on Indian Value education.
To strengthen his commitments in education and taking up the issue of women empowerment, he started NCR Polytechnic, a Vocational Training College, established in the year 1985, affiliated to National Open School, New Delhi under the aegis of HRD Ministry, Federal Government. The institution imparts over 18 specialized vocational courses for women.
In the year 1996, Indian Government invited private participation in Higher Education and rising to the challenge he started a Business School, Institute of Business Management, affiliated to A.I.C.T.E. (a Federal Government affiliating authority) and Agra University for various graduates and under graduate courses. The School has been rated one of the top ten schools of the region by a leading Business Journal of India "Business Standard".
Being a conscientious member of the society and as the Chairman of Asia Pacific Education and Research Foundation (a non-profit Company, registered under the Indian Companies act 1956), he has been actively involved with various charitable and social activities. He believes that every individual should give something back to the society.
Apart from his educational projects he has also launched some business ventures spanning from retail and institutional sales of BOSCH products and special purpose machines to real estate development which he is successfully managing in India.

As a member of Western U.P. Industrial Association, Meerut. Actively involved with the organisation for its development.
Actively involved with Rotary Club, Meerut Cantt for fund raising for imparting education specially to the under privileged children of our society and for adult education.
Active member of Meerut Management Association, helping the association in all its venture associated with education, computer education and vocational training.
